Satisfied clients keep returning to a salon where they receive what they came there for, service and a great appearance. Year after year demand for Hair Salons and Beauty Therapy Treatments grow, as people become more and more interested in their health and appearance in a stressed and ageing population.

You only have to look at all the TV shows that are dedicated to it, to know that. Each year, thousands of women, and increasingly men, have to make a decision about which salon to try for a haircut, hair color or beauty treatment for the first time. It’s up to you to attract them to your salon and then to keep them.

Satisfy your clients. It's with the services they receive in your salon that is one thing and essential for growth. But its having all the other stuff in place as well, like a formal complaints procedure. Even if there is only 2 of you or 200 its all the same what happens when a client complains.
